       What's Poppin' Designs was created in 2021, a nurse since 2003 I felt like something was missing.  COVID had brought out the bad and the ugly and I was looking for a lil bit of happy.  It only took one balloon set up to realize that balloons were the answer. Balloons make people happy. And thats how it happened, I tripped and fell in love with balloons! Working with my clients to create amazing balloon garlands and walls for their event have filled my cup! I can't wait to help you design your next event!
